摘要
针对规格为∅10 mm的锻造钼螺栓在加工过程出现崩边断裂的现象,进行了原材料追溯分析,提出了针对性的机加工艺并进行了加工验证。结果表明:钼棒的硬度、密度、金相组织等性能正常的前提下,机加工艺可能是导致螺栓断裂的原因;提出了新的机加工艺,并进行验证,为后续∅10 mm锻造钼螺栓制备及质量控制提供相应的参考。
In view of the phenomenon of edge collapse and fracture of forged molybdenum bolts of ∅10 in the machining process,the raw materials were analyzed retrospectively,and the targeted machining technology was put forward and verified.The results show that,on the premise that the hardness,density and metallographic structure of molybdenum bar are normal,the machining technique may be the cause of bolt fracture.The new machining technology was put forward and verified,which provided corresponding reference for the preparation and quality control of ∅10 forged molybdenum bolts.
