基于CiteSpace对积极心理学在心血管疾病领域相关文献的可视化分析

The positive psychology trends in cardiovascular disease:a scientometric review based on cite space

目的探讨近20年积极心理学在心血管疾病领域的研究现状、热点及前沿。方法以中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science核心数据库为统计源,“心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases)”或“心脏病(heart diseases)”并同时含有“积极心理学(positive psychology)”为主要检索策略,以补充检索策略为辅,检索2000年1月1日—2021年9月20日收录的相关文献,采用文献计量法及可视化研究方法从研究分布、高频关键词及关键词共现进行分析,绘制关键词聚类及突现图谱。结果共纳入CNKI数据库文献957篇,Web of Science数据库文献615篇。研究热点为心血管疾病患者心理弹性及人格的相关研究、高血压及心肌梗死患者积极心理的相关研究、心血管疾病患者积极心理评估、调节和干预的相关研究,研究前沿为心理弹性、高血压及疾病预后。结论中文文献与外文文献研究热点相近,但与外文高质量文献仍有一定差距,未来研究可借鉴外文文献,进一步将研究内容细化深入,提高研究证据质量。

Objective To explore the research status,hot spots and frontier of positive psychology in the field of cardiovascular disease in recent 20 years.Methods With CNKI and database of web of science as the statistical source,"cardiovascular diseases"or"heart diseases"and"positive psychology"as the main retrieval strategy,supplemented by supplementary retrieval strategies,the relevant literatures collected from January 1,2000 to September 20,2021 were searched,Using bibliometric and visual research methods,we analyze the research distribution,high-frequency keywords and keyword co-occurrence,and draw the keyword clustering and emergence map.Results A total of 957 literatures in CNKI database and 615 literatures in web of science database were included.The research hotspots are related research on psychological elasticity and personality of patients with cardiovascular diseases,related research on positive psychology of patients with hypertension and myocardial infarction,related research on psychological evaluation,positive psychological regulation and intervention of patients with cardiovascular diseases,and related research on positive psychology and health outcomes of patients with vascular diseases.The research frontiers are traumatic growth,psychological elasticity,hypertension Disease prognosis.Conclusion The research hotspots of Chinese literature are similar to those of foreign literature,but there is still a certain gap with high-quality foreign literature.Future research can learn from foreign literature to further refine and deepen the research content and improve the quality of research evidence.
