氧化锆全瓷冠联合玻璃纤维桩修复前牙缺损对返工率及牙周组织的影响

Effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with glass fiber post to repair anterior tooth defect on rework rate and periodontal tissue

目的探讨氧化锆全瓷冠联合玻璃纤维桩修复对前牙缺损患者修复效果、牙周指标及修复体返工率的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月揭阳市揭东区第二人民医院收治的60例前牙缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组行铸造金属桩联合钴铬烤瓷冠修复治疗,观察组予以氧化锆全瓷冠联合玻璃纤维桩修复治疗,随访半年,比较2组修复效果、牙周指标、修复体返工率及不良反应情况。结果观察组颜色匹配率为100%、边缘适合性为100%、修复体完整度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,76.67%,73.33%,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组修复后菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、牙周袋深度(PD)为(1.85±0.31)分、(1.65±0.32)分、(2.77±0.34)mm,低于对照组的(2.08±0.33)分、(1.92±0.36)分、(3.15±0.43)分mm,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组修复体返工率为6.67%、不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,30.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论氧化锆全瓷冠联合玻璃纤维桩修复可增强前牙缺损患者修复效果,减轻对牙周组织的影响,降低修复体返工率,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with glass fiber post on the repair effect of patients with anterior tooth defect,periodontal index and restoration rework rate.Methods A total of 60 patients with anterior tooth defects admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cast metal post combined with cobalt-chromium porcelain crown restoration,and the observation group was treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with glass fiber post restoration,followed up for half a year.The restoration effect,periodontal index,restoration rework rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The color matching rate of the observation group was 100%,the edge suitability was 100%,and the integrity of the restoration was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%,76.67%,and 73.33%of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The plaque index(PLI)score,bleeding index(BI)score,and periodontal pocket depth(PD)of the group after restoration were(1.85±0.31)points,(1.65±0.32)points,and(2.77±0.34)mm,which were lower than the control The scores of(2.08±0.33),(1.92±0.36),and(3.15±0.43)mm in the group were statistically different(P<0.05);the restoration rate of the observation group was 6.67%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%It was 6.67%,which was lower than the 26.67%and 30.00%of the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with glass fiber post repair can enhance the repair effect of patients with anterior tooth defect,reduce the impact on periodontal tissue,reduce the rework rate of the restoration,and it is safe and reliable.
