摘要 针对高压开关柜温度过热问题,提出使用光纤光栅温度传感器实时在线监测方法,通过基于相位掩模板技术研究光纤制备前载氢、制备时光纤两端预拉力、制备后的退火工艺对光纤光栅传感器的光谱特性参数的影响规律,并且开展了制备后光纤光栅传感器性能测试,实验验证光纤光栅传感器测温具有较高的稳定性和精确性,光纤光栅温度传感器为高压开关柜温度监测提供理论基础。 Aiming at the overheating problem of high-voltage switchgear,a real-time online monitoring method using fiber grating temperature sensor is proposed.Based on the phase mask technology,the hydrogen loading before fiber preparation,the pre-tension at both ends of the fiber during preparation,and the annealing process after preparation are used to study the effect of fiber grating sensor on the fiber grating sensor.The influence law of the spectral characteristic parameters,and the performance test of the fiber grating sensor after preparation has been carried out.The experiment verifies that the fiber grating sensor has high stability and accuracy in temperature measurement,which provides a theoretical basis for the fiber grating temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the high-voltage switchgear.
