产教融合背景下高职院校学生管理工作探究

在现代高职院校发展过程中,由于其教学内容和普通高校存在差异,是以职业技能培训为主要目的,所以其和产业发展的联系非常紧密,相关学校在进行人才培养时,就需要对市场进行深入的了解,深刻地把握各个产业对人才的需要,这样才能培养出适合现代化社会发展的专业性人才。在产教融合办学模式的概念被提出之后,相关职业院校就在学生培养方面有了新的模式,产教融合背景下,该理念要求学校管理人员将产业和教学紧密联系,提升人才培养的质量。本文就从产教融合入手,浅谈在产教融合背景下高职院校学生管理存在的问题以及学生管理的策略。
