碘海醇对不同体型犬脊髓造影的最佳剂量

摘要 为了有效避免脊髓造影时因造影剂使用剂量不当造成犬神经损伤或造影效果不佳的情况发生,本试验采用经小脑延髓池穿刺方法,对中型、小型、超小型共15只犬进行蛛网膜下腔造影,通过比较X线数字影像效果,研究碘海醇对不同体型犬脊髓造影的最佳剂量及最佳拍摄时间。结果显示:碘海醇对中型犬、小型犬、超小型犬的造影最佳剂量分别为0.25、0.35 mL/(kg·bw)和0.35 mL/(kg·bw),最佳拍摄时间分别为造影后5~10、3~10 min和3~8 min。本试验结果为优化犬脊髓造影、改进临床诊断方法提供科学依据。 In order to avoid the occurrence of nerve injury or poor angiographic effect in dogs caused by improper dose of contrast medium during myelography,this study employed transcerebellar medullary cistern puncture to investigate the optimal dose and shooting time of iohexol for myelography in dogs with different body types by comparing the effects of X-ray digital imaging on subarachnoid space angiography in 15 dogs(body types of medium,small,ultra-small).The results showed that the optimal doses of iohexol in dogs with medium,small and ultra-small body type were 0.25,0.35mL/(kg·bw)and 0.35mL/(kg·bw),respectively,and the best shooting times were 5-10,3-10 min and 3-8 min,respectively.These results provide support for improving myelography and clinical disease diagnosis.
