阐述计算机图像处理技术的特点,工作原理,图像处理技术在车牌识别中的应用,包括图像预处理、车牌定位、车牌倾斜的校正、车牌字符的分割与识别。
This paper expounds the characteristics and working principle of computer image processing technology,and the application of image processing technology in license plate recognition,including image preprocessing,license plate location,license plate tilt correction,license plate character segmentation and recognition.
