摘要
为了解决无硬件覆盖的区域积水信息,设计基于Android技术的App进行积水上报,通过基于电脑浏览器端展示积水点分布及实现查询统计功能,上报的数据同时可将这些数据同步至防汛平台为城市防汛排水调度决策提供数据支持。
In order to solve the regional ponding information without hardware coverage, this paper designs an app based on Android technology to report ponding. By displaying the distribution of ponding points and realizing the query and statistics function based on the computer browser, the reported data can be synchronized to the flood control platform at the same time, so as to provide data support for urban flood control and drainage dispatching decision-making.
