摘要
基于案例分析,阐述虚拟现实技术在辅助体育教学和训练中的优势,以其沉浸式、交互式以及系统性等特点,能对体育教学提供更有效、更趣味的教学方法。
Based on case analysis,this paper expounds the advantages of virtual reality technology in auxiliary physical education teaching and training.With its immersion,interactive and systematic characteristics,it can provide more effective and interesting teaching methods for physical education teaching.
