阐述供电系统中的稳定控制装置特点,包括低压控制、过频控制、低频控制的功能,探讨稳定控制装置在电力系统正常使用状态和异常状态中的应用。
This paper expounds the characteristics of stability control device in power supply system,including the functions of low voltage control,over frequency control and low frequency control,and discusses the application of stability control device in normal and abnormal states of power system.
