医学视域下的蚩尤与盐文化

Chiyou and Salt Culture from the Pespective of Medicine

蚩尤掌握一定的天文历法地理知识,为医疗实践奠定了基础及方法,并以民为本,守护盐以保民之健康。故从"蚩尤血成卤化盐"传说的二元对立出发,通过蚩尤贡献与护佑生命之盐的记载分析瑶族传统医学中的盐文化。瑶族医学具有取象比类的思维特点,在日常生活中以盐疗疾,佐盐的食疗是瑶族养生的特色与智慧。蚩尤后裔民族在融合中发展,苗、瑶、畲民族医药有共同文化渊源,并与中医文化相互交织、吸收,形成既有共性,又有个性的民族特色医学。

Chiyou mastered some knowledge of astronomy, calendar and geography and laid the foundation for medical practice. He put the people first and guarded salt to protect the people’s health. Therefore, this paper first introduces the legend “Chiyou’s blood turning into salt” and two opposite views of Chiyou. Then, it analyzes the salt culture in the traditional medicine of the Yao ethnic group based on the records of Chiyou’s contribution to protecting salt. The traditional medicine of the Yao ethnic group is characterized by xiang-based analogy and categorization. They use salt to treat some diseases and the dietary therapy with salt is a feature of the Yao ethnic group in health preservation.Miao ethnic group, Yao ethnic group and She ethnic group are the descendants of Chiyou and their medicines share a common cultural origin. They also absorbed the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and developed into the ethnomedicine with commonality and individuality.
