荆州胡家草场木牍载痫病方药物与疗法考

对胡家草场医方木牍所载痫病方进行深入解读,其所载或为一首主治痫病的儿科医方。所用治疗方法共有两种,先用灸法,再用口服药物的方法治疗。灸治施行部位为"尾上",早期传世医籍记载为长强穴,从穴位位置来看,与医简所言"尾上"相合;所用药物有三种,美枣饥(肌)、乳汁和牡鸟矢,其中主要起到治疗作用的应为牡鸟矢,即雄雀屎;美枣饥(肌),枣肌即枣脂,或为枣肉研磨而成,或为枣肉蒸制而成,有赋形剂的作用。

There are two therapies:moxibustion and oral medicine. The position of moxibustion is “Wei Shang”. According to its position, it refers to the point of “Chang Qiang(GV 1)” in early medical literature. The oral medicines include jujube paste, milk and male bird feces. Male bird feces play the major therapeutic role. Jujube paste is made of steamed or ground jujube, which has the function of excipient.
