农业产业链逆向整合影响因素分析——以阿西娅靖远羊羔肉为例

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Reverse Integration of Agricultural Industry Chain——Take Asiya Jingyuan Lamb as an Example

通过对阿西娅—靖远羊羔肉产业链逆向整合模式为案例进行分析,为我国地域特色农业产业竞争发展提出新的路径选择,也为其他地域特色农业产业发展提供经验借鉴。文章运用层次分析法对影响其产业链逆向整合的因素进行了权重分析。研究表明,在产业链逆向整合的影响因素中:消费者因素>需求因素>供给因素>产品质量保证因素,主要原理是基于经济社会的发展,人均消费水平上升后,引起的消费结构升级,从而为了确保高质量的稳定供给,最后建立农业产业园进行产业链逆向整合。在推动产业发展的过程中,把握市场信息、引导消费者需求是需要重点解决的问题。

By analyzing the reverse integration mode of Asiya-Jingyuan lamb industry chain, it proposed new path choice for the development of regional characteristic agricultural industry and reference for the development of other regional characteristic agricultural industry. This paper uses AHP to analyze the weight of the factors that affect the reverse integration of the industrial chain.The research shows that among the factors affecting the reverse integration of industrial chain: consumer factor>demand factor>supply factor>product quality assurance factor, the main principle is based on the economic and social development, the rise of per capita consumption level, resulting in the upgrading of consumption structure, in order to ensure the stable supply of high quality,the agricultural industrial park is finally established to carry out the process of industrial chain reverse integration. In the process of promoting industrial development, grasping market information and guiding consumer demand are the key problems to be solved.
