摘要
开发了一个基于LabVIEW虚拟仿真技术的气动实验平台,整个平台由气动回路系统和LabVIEW测试控制系统组成。气动回路系统是根据储气罐充气系统的工作原理进行设计与模拟,LabVIEW测试控制系统根据储气罐充气系统的气压控制原理进行设计与模拟,电路开关量采用固态继电器,通过LabVIEW编写控制程序作为虚拟控制器。该实验平台已经投入使用,实践证明,该实验平台搭建方便,操作步骤与知识点易于理解与掌握,适用于机械类专业学生学习,通过编程控制气动设备,增加了实验的趣味性与创新性,调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性。
A pneumatic experiment platform based on LabVIEW virtual simulation technology is developed. The whole platform consists of pneumatic loop system and LabVIEW test control system. The pneumatic loop system is designed and simulated according to the working principle of the air tank charging system. The LabVIEW test control system is designed and simulated according to the air pressure control principle of the air tank charging system. The switch value of the circuit adopts solid state relay, and the control program is written through LabVIEW as the virtual controller. The experimental platform has been put into use. Practice has proved that the experimental platform is easy to build, and the operation steps and knowledge points are easy to understand and master. It is suitable for mechanical majors to learn. Through programming control of pneumatic equipment, the interest and innovation of the experiment are increased, and the enthusiasm and initiative of students are mobilized.
