教学学术视角下地方高校工业工程与物流管理类专业科研反哺教学思考

Reflection on Scientific Research Feedback Teaching of Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management in Local Universities from the Perspective of Teaching Academic

科研反哺教学是教师职业发展过程重要的一环,是提高高校教学质量的一种途径,科研与教学的有效融合可以促成教师教学学术水平的提升。文章以某地方高校工业工程与物流管理类专业为科研反哺研究对象,以教学学术为研究视角,通过分析地方高校科研与教学的关系,获得了工业工程与物流管理类专业教学与科研的现状。在此基础上,结合教学学术基本理论,在科研反哺意识、科研反哺行动、科研反哺研究、成果交流平台、多元化评价体系、融合体系方式、对接产业项目意识七个方面给出了科研反哺教学的相关措施,促进工业工程与物流管理类专业教师科研反哺教学发展具有重要的现实意义。

Scientific research feedback teaching is an important part of teachers’ professional development process and a way to improve teaching qumality in universities. The effective integration of scientific research and teaching can promote the improvement of teachers’ teaching academic level. This study takes the scientific research feedback of industrial engineering and logistics management specialty in a university as the research object, takes the teaching academic as the research perspective, and obtains the current situation of teaching and scientific research of industrial engineering and logistics management specialty by analyzing the relationship between scientific research and teaching in local universities. By combining with the basic academic theory of teaching, this paper puts forward relevant measures for scientific research feedback teaching in seven aspects: scientific research feedback consciousness, scientific research feedback action, scientific research feedback research, achievement exchange platform, diversified evaluation system, integration system mode and docking industrial project consciousness, it is great practical significance to promote the scientific research feedback teaching development of teachers in industrial engineering and logistics management.
