“三全育人”视域下高校机关“党建+X”的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of “Party Building + X” in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Three Aspects of Education”

高校机关是学校的运行枢纽,机关基层党组织是党联系广大师生的纽带。提升机关基层党组织自身建设质量,有利于促进机关各业务部门职能的发挥,推进学校人才培养和内涵发展大局。在“三全育人”格局的大背景下,从高校机关党建现状及党建功能拓展实践等方面对高校机关“党建+X”进行了深度思考,高校机关基层党组织“党建+业务”双轮驱动,“引领+协同”助力育人,对于推动高校事业发展具有重要意义。

Institutions are the operation hubs of colleges and universities, and grassroots Party organizations of the institutions are the link between the Party and the majority of teachers and students. Improving the quality of the construction of grassroots Party organizations in the institutions is conducive to promoting the functioning of the various business departments of the institutions, and promoting the overall situation of talent training and intensive development of colleges and universities. Under the background of the pattern of “three aspects of education”, this paper deeply thinks about the “Party Building + X”of institutions of colleges and universities from the current situation of Party building in institutions of colleges and universities and the practice of Party building function expansion. The dual-wheel driving of “Party building + business”and education supported by “guidance + collaboration”are of great significance for promoting the development of colleges and universities.
