高职产教融合过程中转专业“热”现象的思考

Reflections on the “Fever” of Transferring Majors in the Process of Integration of Production and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出,高职院校必须深化产教融合战略的贯彻落实,将高职院校产业同高职院校的专业教学进行密切结合,使其能够相互支持、相互促进。该文立足于高职院校产教融合过程中的转专业“热”现象,阐述转专业“热”现象对高职院校学生带来的影响,仔细研究高职院校学生出现转专业频繁现象的主要原因,并根据原因制定科学有效的转专业应对策略,建立相应的管理机制,解决高职院校的转专业“热”问题,为高职院校应对产教融合过程中的转专业“热”现象提供建设性建议。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that higher vocational colleges must deepen the implementation of the strategy of integrating production and education, and closely integrate the industry of higher vocational colleges with the professional teaching of higher vocational colleges so that they can support each other and achieve mutual improvement. Based on the “fever” of transferring majors in the process of integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds its impact on students in higher vocational colleges, carefully studies the main reasons for its frequent occurrence, formulates scientific and effective coping strategies for transferring majors according to the reasons, establishes a corresponding management mechanism to solve the problem, and provides constructive suggestions to deal with it.
