四川省高校思想政治理论课教师职后培训研究

摘要 职后培训是推动高校思想政治理论课教师专业发展乃至队伍建设的重要举措,厘清高校思想政治理论课教师职后培训发展的现状,对于教师队伍专业化建设有着重要意义。该文以四川省为例,通过对四川省高校思想政治理论课教师职后培训现状的调查,发现目前教师参培意愿强烈但缺乏培训机会、教师参培目的明确但缺乏配套机制、教师参培满意度尚可但仍存在一定问题。因此,未来应当更新培训理念,明确教师主体地位、完善配套机制,增加教师培训机会、关注教师需求,拓展教师培训类别以增强培训实效性、促进教师专业发展。 In-service training is an important measure to promote the professional development of ideological and political theory teachers and even the team construction in colleges and universities. Clarifying the status of the development of in-service training of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities is of profound significance for the professional construction of teachers. Taking Sichuan Province as an example, this paper investigates the current situation of in-service training of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in Sichuan Province. It is found that teachers have strong willingness to participate in training, but there are still some problems, such as lack of training opportunities and clear purpose of teachers’ participation, lack of supporting mechanisms and satisfaction of teachers’ participation. Therefore, in the future, we should update the training concept, clarify the dominant position of teachers, improve the supporting mechanism,increase teachers’ training opportunities, pay attention to teachers’ needs, and expand teachers’ training categories to enhance the effectiveness of training and promote teachers’ professional development.
