高校辅导员视角下“红船精神”融入大学生日常思想政治教育路径探索

Exploration on the Way of Integrating the“Red Boat Spirit”into College Students’ Daily Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of College Counselors

“红船精神”是中国革命精神之源和中华民族的宝贵精神财富,蕴含着丰富的时代内涵和时代价值。为全面实施人才强国战略,培育德智体美劳全面发展的新时代大学生,要做到将大力弘扬“红船精神”同大学生日常思想政治教育有效衔接,着力培育大学生的首创精神、奋斗精神和奉献精神。辅导员作为大学生日常思想政治教育的实施者,要紧扣大学生就业创业指导、网络思想政治教育、党建工作以及挫折应对教育,抓好新时代大学生“红船精神”教育,推动大学生日常思想政治教育不断取得成效。

The“Red Boat Spirit”is the source of Chinese revolutionary spirit and the invaluable spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation, which contains rich connotation and value of the times. To fully implement the strategy on developing a quality workforce and cultivate college students in the new era with all-round moral, intellectual,physical, aesthetic and work-habit development, it is necessary to vigorously promote the“Red Boat Spirit”and effectively connect it with college students’ daily ideological and political education, and strive to cultivate the pioneering spirit, struggle spirit and dedication spirit of college students. As the implementers of college students’ daily ideological and political education, counselors should pay close attention to college students’ employment and entrepreneurship guidance, network ideological and political education, Party building and frustration response education, pay close attention to the“Red Boat Spirit”education of college students in the new era,and promote the continuous achievements of college students’ daily ideological and political education.
