基于创新能力培养的地方高职院校计算机专业人才培养路径探索

Exploration on the Talent Training Path of Computer Professionals in Local Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability

教育部印发的《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015—2018年)》聚焦创新一词,指明高职院校要培养符合社会发展需要的实用型和创新型人才。该文以某地方高职院校为例,以培养创新型人才为切入点,分析高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,通过线上线下结合的教学模式改革、资源共享的实习实训方式、“请进来”和“走出去”结合的校企合作方式、“1+X”证书制度等途径,探索提高学生创新能力的方式,以期为同类院校计算机专业创新型人才的培养提供借鉴。

In the“Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education(2015—2018)”issued by the Ministry of Education, it mainly focuses on the word innovation. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to cultivate practical and innovative talents in line with social development. Taking a local higher vocational college as an example and taking the cultivation of innovative talents as the starting point, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training mode of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges, and explores how to improve students’ innovation ability through the reform of online + offline teaching mode, the practice and training mode of resource sharing, the school-enterprise cooperation mode of“inviting in”and“going out”, the implementation of“1 + X”certificate system and so on. It is hoped that it can provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents of computer majors in similar colleges and universities.
