China has entered the era of three-child policy.How to grasp the policy opportunity window after the new policy and boost people's fertility intentions and fertility level are extremely urgent.At present,the measures issued by the central and local governments show the government's firm determination to promote the long-term balanced development of China's population.In this critical period,to understand what kind of policies to raise fertility are more effective and family-friendly is the key to clarifying the direction,contents and impacts of the policies.Based on the analysis of international experiences and China's context,the core principles and key supports of policies to raise fertility in China should include making policies at macro level,family development perspective,gender equality perspective,diversified public services and a cultural-friendly environment.
