摘要
针对某医药企业的别嘌醇、联苯苄唑、依诺沙星等3种原料药生产过程中废气成分进行了分析,根据不同废气成分采取了相应的治理措施;并根据废气处理设施的处理效率,对治理废气进行了达标分析。此外,分析了这3种原料药产生二氧化碳的反应机理,计算了该3种原料药对应生产工艺下的碳排放量。并进一步提出了减少制药行业VOCs的排放及合理利用二氧化碳的方法。
In this paper,the composition of waste gases from the production of three Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients(API),including allopurinol,bifonazole,and enoxacin in a pharmaceutical enterprise was firstly analyzed.Then,different measures of treatment were taken according to the different waste gas compositions.The compliance of standards was investigated according to the efficiency of treatment of waste gas treatment facilities.Besides,the mechanism for carbon dioxide emission during the production of these three API is discussed,and the carbon dioxide emission per unit product of the three API under the production process is calculated.Furthermore,measures are proposed to reduce the emissions of VOCs and the application of CO_(2) in the pharmaceutical industry.
