辽宁省水环境质量与经济发展关系研究

Study on the Relationship of Water Environmental Qualityand Economic Development in Liaoning Province

指出了水资源是人类赖以生存的最基本的物质基础,对国民经济、产业机构的布局及区域生态环境的提升起着至关重要的作用;探索经济发展与水环境质量之间的关系可为辽宁省经济增长和环境质量协调发展提供科学依据,受地域及时间影响得出的结论不尽相同。对近20年数据分析表明:辽宁省废水排放与经济发展关系结果呈现倒“U”型曲线,化学需氧量浓度与人均GDP未呈现明显倒“U”型曲线,但COD浓度随着GDP的增加呈现下降趋势。

Water resources are the most basic material basis for human survival,and play a vital role in the national economy,the layout of industrial institutions and the promotion of regional ecological environment.Exploring the relationship between economic development and water environmental quality can provide scientific basis for the coordinated development of economic growth and environmental quality in Liaoning Province.Influenced by region and time,the conclusions are different.The analysis of data in recent 20 years shows that the relationship between wastewater discharge and economic development in Liaoning province presents an inverted U-shaped curve,while the COD concentration does not present an obvious inverted U-shaped curve with the increase of GDP.
