摘要
应用型高校是培养高素质应用型创新人才和科学研究的组织机构,作为一个社会组织,存在初设、成长和衰弱的生命周期。面对内部因素和外部环境的发展变化,为提高组织生存适切性,组织变革十分必要。在国家创新驱动发展战略下,大众创业、万众创新已成燎原之势,应用型高校在创新创业教育改革方面普遍存在顶层设计缺少系统性、平台资源整合不充分、教育经费投入不足、学术研究缺少活跃度、创新创业教育文化氛围不浓厚等问题。本研究在分析了组织变革理论的前提下,提出注重战略管理、强化资源整合、丰富资金来源、加强学术研究、浓郁文化氛围,是应用型高校实现创新创业教育改革的应然选择。
Clinic universities are organizations that train high-quality innovative talents and conduct scientific research.As a social organization,there is a life cycle of initial establishment,growth,and decline.Facing the development and change of internal factors and external environment,organizational reform is necessary to improve the adaptability of organizational survival.Under the national innovation-driven development strategy,mass entrepreneurship and innovation have become a starting point.In terms of the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform at clinic universities,they lack systematic top-level design,sufficient integration of resources and investment,academic research and cultural support for innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the analysis of the organizational change theory,this study attempts to pay attention to strategic management,strengthen the integration of resources,diversity of the sources of funds,enhancement of academic research and enrichment of the culture are the necessary choices for clinic universities to achieve the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.
