产教融合加强农科大学生劳动教育的路径探析 被引量:3

摘要 中共中央、国务院在《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》中提出,新时代劳动教育分为日常劳动、生产性劳动和服务性劳动。这是对马克思主义劳动观的深刻把握,也是对劳动教育时代价值和科学内涵的进一步明确。农科高校由于自身的学科特点,要求必须要与产业和地方发展紧密结合,因此,在农科高校的劳动教育中有着产教融合的特色。文章旨在探索在产教融合中加强劳动教育在培养大学生劳动技能和劳动素养方面的实施路径,将劳动教育贯穿于人才培养和学校社会的各方面,从而促进农科大学生马克思主义劳动观培育、价值认同内化、知识检验评价和成果转化推广,使农科大学生提升立足乡村、服务三农的理想信念和扎实本领。 The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,in their opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in universities,middle schools and primary schools in the new era,proposed that labor education in the new era should be divided into routine,productive and service Labor.This is a profound grasp of the Marxist view of labor,and also a further clarification of the value and scientific connotation of labor education.Because of its discipline characteristics,agricultural colleges and universities must be closely integrated with industry and local development.Therefore,agricultural colleges and universities have the characteristics of integration of production and education in labor education.The purpose of this paper is to explore the implementation path of strengthening labor education in the integration of industry and education in training college students'labor skills and labor quality,and to run labor education through all aspects of talent training and school society,therefore,it can promote the cultivation of Marxist labor view,the internalization of value identity,the evaluation of knowledge test and the transformation of achievements,and promote the ideal belief and solid ability of agricultural college students to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
