高校辅导员在大学生终身教育理念中的引领与发展

高等院校辅导员教师专业化科学引领是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。高等院校辅导员专业化科学引领理念具有与时俱进性、整合性、协调性特征。更新发展理念,为构建辅导员队伍专业化提供思想基础;优化发展结构,为构建辅导员队伍专业化奠定良好的环境基础;创新发展机制,为构建辅导员队伍专业化指明方向,并开拓高等院校辅导员教师专业化发展途径,促进高等院校辅导员教师队伍专业化科学引领。近几年来,随着时代的发展,终身教育理念始终被提及。那么终身教育理念下的高等教育应该怎样改革才能够实现其教育的改革与发展呢?文章从转变观念,培养学生学习能力,树立学生终身学习观念;用“双师型”教师队伍,提升教师队伍的水平,树立优质教育师资队伍;进一步完善和发展继续教育,对高等教育进行补充等三方面对其进行阐释,希望有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

It is an inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society for college counselors and teachers to lead professionally and scientifically.The concept of professional scientific guidance of college counselors has the characteristics of keeping pace with the times,integration and coordination.We should update the development concept to provide the ideological basis for the construction of counselor team specialization,optimize the development structure to lay a good environmental foundation for the construction of counselor team specialization,and innovate the development mechanism.It points out the direction for the construction of the professionalization of the counselor team,and opens up the way for the professional development of the counselor teachers in colleges and universities,and promotes the scientific guidance of the professionalization of the counselor teachers in colleges and universities.In recent years,with the development of the times,the concept of lifelong education has always been mentioned.So how should higher education reform under the concept of lifelong education to realize its reform and development?In this paper,from the change of ideas,to cultivate students'learning ability and establish the concept of lifelong learning,we should adopt the"double qualification"teaching staff,improve the level of the teaching staff,and establish a high-quality teaching staff,to further improve and develop continuing education,and supplement higher education and other three aspects of its interpretation,hoping to have a certain reference value and guiding significance.
