新时代高校学生“工匠精神”培育探析

高校是国家建设培养高级专门人才的重要基地,担负着传承社会文明,弘扬祖国优秀传统文化的重大使命,“工匠精神”的培育对于改善学生的学习能力、培育高尚品格、提升思想道德水平起着重要的作用,因此高校应在现有条件下积极探索在新时代背景下的高校“工匠精神”教育新途径,明确人才培养目标,确定人才培养方案,建立以“工匠精神”为核心的文化素质教育新模式,多层次、全方位培育学生的“工匠精神”,进一步培养学生的创新意识、提升创新能力,构建优良品格,为学生立足于高速发展的社会奠定坚实的基础。
