摘要
目前采用纸质表格人工填写仪表调校记录存在着错误率高、整理时间长及查阅时间长等问题,不利于开展仪表调校记录工作。运用质量管理的要因分析法确定了关键因素,以调校记录表格数字化为基础,使用了先数字化、后信息化的方法。进一步采用新技术制定Python程序设计和搭建MySQL数据库的方法,设计并实现仪表调校记录管理系统,并在实际工作中进行了应用,解决了实际问题,可为智能工厂的信息化提供借鉴。
Considering high error rate,long time for sorting,long review time and heavy labor intensity of manually filling in the meter adjustment records,which is not conducive to the meter adjustment records.In this paper,making use of key factor analysis method of quality management to determine the key factors was proposed,including having digitization of the adjustment record form based and the method of digitization first and then informationization employed to formulate the method of Python program design and the establishment of MySQL database,realize the management system for the instrument adjustment record.Its application in practice show that,this method can solve problems in practical application and it provides a reference for the informatization in the smart factory.
