摘要
基于交通卡口数据,以平湖市为例,通过层次分析法,从道路快速化需求匹配程度、道路快速化需求紧迫程度和道路快速化后实现的价值三个方面构建评价指标体系,提出道路快速化需求评价的方法,为当前国土空间规划土地指标收紧背景下,道路的快速化改造提升提供定量化的决策支撑;通过车辆OD计算在途车辆数,并与传统计算方法结果进行对比,提高在途车计算精度后,作为计算道路快速化需求评价的核心指标的基础。
Based on the traffic Checkpoint data,taking Pinghu City as an example,through the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects:the matching degree of the road rapidization demand,the urgency of the road rapidization demand,and the value realized after the road rapidization.The method of modernized demand evaluation provides quantitative decision-making support for the rapid reconstruction and upgrading of roads under the background of the current land index tightening in the land and space planning;the number of vehicles in transit algorithm are proposed by vehicle OD,and compared with the results of traditional calculation methods,after the accuracy improved,to be the base of road rapidization demand key indexes calculation.
