通州区数字农业发展现状与展望 被引量:3

Present Situation and Prospect of Digital Agricultural Development in Tongzhou District

摘要 21世纪以来,农业生产方式逐步向数字化、集约化、智能化方向转变,数字农业俨然已经成为未来农业的发展方向。发达国家普遍较早地在农业智能装备及技术研发、标准体系建立、数据采集及应用、高素质人才培养等方面进行了探索,抢占“制高点”,持续引领世界农业发展趋势潮流。中国政府高度重视数字技术在农业中的应用,近年来从国家到地方政府均出台一系列政策推进农业数字化,在此背景下,通州区创新“数字化支撑的监管/奖补相结合的产业监管体系”模式,汇集全区农业全产业链经营主体运营的动态数据,实现精准、高效的集中监管、远程指挥、精准奖补和决策支持,在数字化农业信息系统建设方面不断摸索,着力提升政府部门的产业监管及服务能力。在介绍通州区数字农业的发展现状的基础上,分析了当前存在的问题,并对通州区数字农业发展前景进行展望。 Since the 21st century, the agricultural production mode has gradually changed to the direction of digitalization, intensification and intelligentization, and digital agriculture has become the development direction of future agriculture. Developed countries have generally carried out explorations early in the research and development of agricultural intelligent equipment and technology, the establishment of standard system, data collection and application, high-quality personnel training and so on, gained an upper hand, and continued to lead the trend of world agricultural development. The Chinese government attaches great importance to the application of digital technology in agriculture, in recent years, both the state and local governments have issued a series of measures to boost agricultural digital, under this background, the Tongzhou district has innovated a mode of industry regulation system combining with digital support/repair,collected dynamic data of the operation of the whole regional agriculture industry chain operators, achieved precise and efficient centralized supervision, remote command, precise reward and compensation and decision support, continued to explore in the construction of digital agricultural information system, and strived to improve the industrial supervision and service capabilities of government departments. Based on introducing the development of digital agriculture in Tongzhou district, the existing problems were analyzed, and the prospects for the development of digital agriculture in Tongzhou district were forecasted.
