转炉烟气控制技术的研究与应用

摘要 转炉烟气控制技术是一种利用烟气CO浓度变化,反映转炉吹炼情况的高速分析技术。该技术通过收集吹炼过程中连续产生的烟气信息和实际供氧量,连续预报和校正熔池瞬时脱碳量,并根据氧效率与熔池碳含量的经验关系,预报炉内熔池的变化趋势。阳春新钢铁通过转炉烟气控制技术的研究和应用,建立转炉智能炼钢模式,有效减少转炉喷溅,提高一倒命中率,降低钢铁料消耗。 The control technology of Converter flue gas is a kind of high-speed analysis technology which uses the variation of CO concentration in flue gas to reflect the converter blowing situation.The technology can continuously forecast and correct the instantaneous decarburization amount of melting bath by collecting the continuous flue gas information and actual oxygen supply during the blowing process,and predict the change trend of melting bath in the converter according to the empirical relationship between oxygen efficiency and carbon content in the bath.Through the research and application of control technology of converter flue gas in Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the intelligent steel-making mode of converter is established,which can effectively reduce converter splashing,improve one-off hit rate and reduce iron and steel consumption.
