摘要
连铸机浇铸生产铝铁时,连铸机链带运行时铸铝模之间的间隙漏钢,铸铝模平面孔间距中产生铝铁片,敲击成为合格品15~50 mm规格的过程中,又产生一定量的次品碎铝块,导致铝铁收得率低。分析并采取了一系列措施:重新设计铸铝模,将连接处由方形拼接式改成Z型搭接式,扩大铸铝孔,降低间距。经过改造,减少了铸铝模运行间隙漏钢,减少了碎铝铁及次品的量,铝铁收得率大幅提升,提高了经济效益。
A continuous casting machine is used to produce aluminum and iron after smelting in a medium frequency furnace in the foundry workshop of engineering equipment manufacturing division of SGIS.The main problems are the leakage from the gaps between the plane holes of the casting aluminum mold when the continuous caster chain belt is running.The gaps produce aluminum iron pieces,and a certain amount of defective aluminum pieces are produced in the process of knocking into the qualified product of with the sizes 15~50 mm,which leads to the low yield of aluminum iron.It is necessary and urgent to reform the casting equipment and process technology.Therefore,a series of measures have been taken in the workshop to redesign the aluminum casting mold,change the connection from square splicing type to z-lap type,redesign and improve,expand the casting aluminum holes and reduce the spacing,which reduce the leakage from the holes in operation,reduce the amount of broken aluminum iron and defective products,greatly improve the yield of aluminum iron,and improve the economic benefit.
