摘要
转炉炼钢是多相、复杂的化学反应过程,通过氧枪将氧气射入熔池,其喷头结构和供氧参数影响氧气射流特性以及反应效果。阳春新钢铁炼钢厂出钢量由113 t提升至123 t左右,装入量提升后熔池搅拌动能严重不足,冲击深度不够不利于炉型的维护和冶炼控制,通过对氧枪喷头参数优化的可行性研究及实验,达到了提高供氧强度的目的,有效解决了炉型及生产冶炼的稳定。
Steel-making with a converter is a multiphase and complex chemical reaction process.Oxygen is injected into the molten bath through an oxygen lance.The nozzle structure and oxygen supply parameters affect the characteristics of oxygen injection and reaction effect.The tapping capacity of the steel-making plant at Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was increased from 113t to about 123t.After the tapping capacity was increased,the stirring kinetic energy of the molten bath was seriously insufficient,and the impact depth was not enough,which was not conducive to the maintenance and smelting control of the operation type.Through the feasibility study and experiment on the optimization of the parameters of the oxygen lance nozzle,the purpose of improving the oxygen supply intensity was achieved,and the stability of the operation type and production smelting was effectively solved.
