针对大规格线卷尾部大圈、滞留通道等故障进行分析,重新优化夹送辊、吐丝机控制逻辑及参数,有效解决尾部圈形问题,提高线卷外观质量及产品形象。

This paper mainly analyzes the faults of the over-size rings at the tail in which were retained in the channel.The appearance quality of the coil and the image of the product have been improved by means of optimizing the control logic and parameters of the pinching roll and the laying head,which has effectively solved the problem of the shape of the last rings.
