基于功能参数的目标导向型问题冲突区域确定方法

摘要 为了准确分析目标导向型问题的冲突区域,明确功能向期望目标改进时对系统的影响,提出了基于功能参数的目标导向型问题冲突区域确定方法。首先,对产品进行功能分析,由理想化水平分析确定理想解,明确系统与理想解之间的差距;其次,分析获取系统功能的功能参数,对功能参数进行因果分析用于确定存在问题的功能参数;接着,将存疑的功能参数向理想解方向改进,提取因改进而导致冲突的区域;最后,运用TRIZ工具求解。以核桃壳破碎机为例,验证了该方法的有效性。 In order to accurately analyze the conflict areas of goal-oriented problems and the impact of function on the system when improving the desired target,a method for determining the conflict zone of goal-oriented problems is proposed based on functional parameters.First,the functional analysis is conducted to determine the ideal solution with idealized level analysis and identify the difference between the system and the ideal solution.Then,the functional parameters of the system function is obtained,and the causal analysis is performed to find questionable functional parameters.The questionable functional parameters are subsequently improved towards the ideal solution and the conflict caused by the improvement of the region is extracted.Finally,TRIZ tools are used to solve the problem.Taking a walnut shell crusher as an example,the effectiveness of this method is verified.
