摘要
为了有效测量低速重载轴承的振动信号,设计了一种智能滚子。在空心圆柱滚子的内部安装电路,测量滚子的振动信号。给出了智能滚子结构与测量电路的设计方法,并分析了智能滚子在轴承转动时振动加速度信号的变化规律。最后,将智能滚子安装在低速重载轴承中,让轴承匀速转动,测量智能滚子的振动信号。实验结果表明,智能滚子中传感器测量的振动信号能量较强、信噪比高,径向振动加速度信号随时间的变化规律近似为三角函数,轴向振动加速度信号反映了滚子所受轴向冲击。
In order to ffectively measure the vibration signal of low-speed and heavy-load bearing,a smart roller is designed.The circuit is installed inside the hollow cylindrical roller to measure the vibration signal of the roller.This paper presents the design method of smart roller structure and measuring circuit.This article also analyzes the variations of the vibration acceleration signal of the smart roller when the bearing rotates.Finally,the smart roller is installed in a low-speed heavy-load bearing operating at a constant speed,and the vibration signal of the smart roller is measured.The experimental results indicate that the vibration signal measured by the sensor in the smart rller has high energy and signal-to-noise ratio,the variation of the radial vibration acceleration signal with time is approximately a trigonometric function,and the axial vibration acceleration signal reflects the axial impact of the roller.
