摘要
本文设计一种以STC8为控制核心的多功能液体容器。由压力传感器、液位传感器、TDS传感器、PH传感器、报警电路、显示电路、存储模块、键盘输入电路等模块组成。利用A/D模块HX711、ADS1115分别将压力传感器、PH传感器采集的模拟信号转换为数字信号,实现对液体的重量和PH值的检测;利用超声波传感器实现对溶液液位检测,能够计算溶液的体积,结合重量计算出液体的密度;利用TDS传感器可对液体TDS进行检测;利用DS18B20温度传感器能够对液体温度实时检测;该装置具有学习功能,能够记录液体的特征参数,可对液体种类进行识别。还可通过蓝牙连接手机,实时监测数据与控制仪器运行。
This paper presents a multifunctional liquid container device with STC8 as the control core which consists of pressure,liquid level,conductivity,and pH sensors,alarm and display circuits,memory module,and keyboard input circuits etc.A/D modules of HX711 and ADS1115 are used to convert analog signals collected by pressure sensor and pH sensor into digital signals respectively to realize the detection of liquid weight and pH value;The ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the liquid level of the solution,by which the volume of the solution can be calculated and thus the density of the liquid can be done combined with the weight;TDS sensors are used to detect the conductivity of liquid;DS18B20 temperature sensors are used to conduct real-time detection of the liquid temperature;The device has learning functions by which the characteristic parameters of liquid can be recorded and the type of liquid can be identified.In addition,it can connect the mobile phone through bluetooth for real-time monitoring and control of the device.
