摘要
对铁磁件进行磁性处理,当要求的处理效果一定时,其在工作磁场作用下产生的涡流磁场是影响工作电流交变频率的主要因素,论文首先分析了铁磁件的涡流磁场特性,接下来的仿真结果与理论分析相符,磁性处理实验验证了理论分析和仿真的正确性,最后得出了磁性处理工作电流交变频率不仅与铁磁件的材料特性、厚度相关,也在很大程度上取决于铁磁材料的外形尺寸的结论。
When the same degaussing effects are required,the eddy current magnetic field generated by the working magnetic field is the main factor affecting the alternating frequency of the working current.In this paper,the eddy current magnetic field characteristics of the ferromagnetic parts are firstly analyzed.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.The magnetic treatment experiment verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation.Finally,it is concluded that,the frequency of the main current,is not only influenced by the material properties and the thichness of the ferromagnet,but also largely depends on the dimensions of the ferromagnet parts.
