A collision avoidance warning terminal for shipping boats based on Multi-source data fusion

通过对AIS广泛应用以后,商渔碰撞从明显下降到重新抬头的现实原因分析,针对性地提出为渔船研制装备一种基于多源数据融合的避碰预警终端的设想。对该终端的工作原理、相对完全依赖AIS的使用优势做了剖析,并针对不同情况初步探索了数据融合模型的要点。应用该类避碰预警终端,将避免完全依赖AIS预警带来的频繁无效预警及漏报警等等弊端,实现对可能发生碰撞的精确预警。

This paper analyzes the reasons why the collision accidents between merchant ships and fishing boats decline obviously and then rise again after the wide application of AIS,proposes a scheme of a collision avoidance warning terminal based on multi-source data fusion.Then,this paper introduces the working principle of the terminal and the advantages of using it,and discusses the key points of data fusion model according to different situations.The application of this kind of collision avoidance warning terminal can avoid the disadvantages of frequent invalid warning and missing alarm caused by complete reliance on AIS warning,and can achieve accurate warning of possible collision.
