摘要
利用含能材料代替料研究了物料压延过程中颜色变化规律与塑化程度的关系。通过传统的密度法、SEM法、力学性能法研究了代替料在压延加工过程中塑化程度的变化规律,初步得出塑化程度最佳的时间在压延28~38 min之间和约53 min处。通过测试压延样片中三醋酸甘油酯(GTA)的残余含量,得到压延塑化程度真正的最佳的时间在28~38 min之间,而在约53 min时产生过塑化。通过分光测色仪测试样片的颜色数据,计算样片的色差△E和加权因子E^(*),通过比较发现,△E与E^(*)的变化规律与物料的塑化规律基本一致。因此,提出利用色差△E和加权因子E^(*)表征代替料的塑化程度的方法,为利用测色技术研究含能材料压延塑化程度规律提供了理论依据。
The relationship between color change law and plasticization degree during calendering was studied with energetic materials as substitutes.Firstly,through the traditional density method,SEM method and mechanical properties method,the variation law of plasticization degree of substitute materials in the process of calendering was studied,and it is preliminarily concluded that the best time of plasticization degree was between 28~38 min and about 53 min.Then,by testing the residual content of GTA in the rolled sample,it is found that the best time for rolling plasticization was between 28~38 min,and over-plasticization occurs before and after 53 min.Finally,the color data of the sample was tested by a spectrocolorimeter,and the color difference△E and weighting factor E^(*)of the sample were calculated.By comparing the variation law of△E and E^(*),it was basically consistent with the plasticizing law of the material.Therefore,the method of characterizing the plasticization degree of substitute materials by using color difference△E and weighting factor E^(*)was put forward,which provided theoretical basis for studying the law of calendering plasticization degree of energetic materials by color measurement technology.
