中国农业服务贸易的内涵、核算与发展对策

The Connotation, Accounting and Development Countermeasures of China’s Agricultural Service Trade

在数字经济赋能农业服务体系的有利条件下,农业服务贸易已成为顺应农业供给侧结构性改革需要、培育中国农业国际合作竞争新优势的重要增长点。当前对农业服务贸易的研究和统计核算仍处于初步探讨阶段。论文从概念界定、内涵分类以及统计核算等方面构建了农业服务贸易的内容体系,分析了中国发展农业服务贸易的必要性,并在对比国内外农业服务贸易发展现状及差距的基础上,提出了推动中国农业服务贸易发展的政策建议。

Under the favorable conditions of the digital economy empowering the agricultural service system, agricultural service trade has become an important growth point that conforms to the needs of agricultural supply-side structural reforms and cultivates new competitive advantages in China’s agricultural international cooperation. The current research and statistical accounting of agricultural service trade are still in the preliminary discussion stage. This paper constructs the content system of agricultural service trade from the aspects of concept definition, connotation classification and statistical accounting, and then analyzes the necessity of developing agricultural service trade in China. On the basis of comparing the development status of agricultural service trade at home and abroad, this paper finds the domestic and international gap and makes policy recommendations to promote the development of China’s agricultural service trade.
