针刺蝶腭神经节联合丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻治疗变应性鼻炎的效果观察

Observation on curative effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray on allergic rhinitis

目的分析针刺蝶腭神经节联合丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻治疗变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的疗效。方法82例AR患者分为研究组与对照组各41例,分别接受针刺蝶腭神经节联合丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻治疗、常规针刺联合丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻治疗。比较2组不同治疗时间的鼻炎症状量表(TNSS)、鼻炎生活质量问卷调查(RQLQ)以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,观察2组治疗前后血清免疫功能及炎症因子水平变化,记录患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率(90.24%)高于对照组(73.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.998,P=0.046);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P=0.693)。不同治疗时间,研究组TNSS、RPLQ、VAS评分均低于对照组;治疗后,研究组IgE、IL-17水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺蝶腭神经节联合丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻可明显改善变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状及免疫功能,减轻患者炎症反应。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray on allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 82 AR patients were divided into study group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray and routine acupuncture combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray respectively.The total nasal symptom scores(TNSS),scores of rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)and visual analogue scale(VAS)at different times during treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of serum immune function and inflammatory factory levels before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the incidences of adverse reactions of patients during treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group(90.24%)was higher than that of the control group(73.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.998,P=0.046).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.693).The TNSS,RPLQ and VAS scores at different times during treatment of the study group were lower than those of the control group.After treatment,the levels of IgE and IL-17 of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of IL-10 was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with AR,acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray could significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the immune function and alleviate inflammatory reactions.
