摘要
目的介绍自制微泵时速量表的设计原理和使用方法,观察微泵时速量表临床应用的准确率和速度。方法采用情景模拟法,454名护理人员以临床常用的经验方法计算推注时间或推注速度(对照组),426名护理人员参照自制微泵时速量表查找结果(研究组),分别手机自动记录计算所消耗的时间。结果研究组的总体正确率(94.56%)高于对照组(82.01%),平均测试时间低于对照组,且不同职称研究组的平均测试时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微泵时速量表在临床微泵注射中可提高操作正确率、提高操作速度,实现高效性、同质性、安全性。
Objective To introduce the design principle and application method of the homemade micropump speed meter,and to observe the accuracy and speed of micropump speed meter in clinical application.Methods Scenario simulation was adopted in this study.454 nursing staff calculated injection time or injection speed in an empirical way which was commonly used in clinic(control group),and 426 nursing staff found results by reference to the homemade micropump speed meter(study group).Time consumed was automatically recorded and calculated by mobile phones respectively.Results The total correct rate of the study group(94.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.01%).The average testing time of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the average testing time of study group members with different professional titles was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Micropump speed meter could improve the operation accuracy and operation speed in clinical micropump injection,thus realizing efficiency,homogeneity and safety.
