POE Tools of Hospital Building Based on SLR Method

医院作为一种具有功能复杂性、技术专业性、人群多样性的建筑类型,受到使用后评估(POE)学者们的关注,已开发出了不同医院建筑使用后评估的工具。该文首先采用系统文献综述(SLR)的研究方法对国际上的医院建筑使用后评估工具进行全面梳理,然后对筛选出的10个POE工具进行系统介绍,并从其理论基础和指标来源、模型结构和指标体系以及各自的可靠性和适用性三个方面进行对比分析。最后,为未来医院建筑使用后评估工具的开发提供方向和建议。

As a building type with complex function, professional technology and diversity of people, hospital has attracted the attention of post-occupancy evaluation(POE) scholars, and has also developed different tools for post-occupancy evaluation of hospital buildings. Firstly, we comprehensively comb the international post-occupancy evaluation tools of hospital buildings by using the research method of systematic literature review(SLR), then we systematically introduce the selected 10 POE tools, and make a comparative analysis from three aspects: their theoretical basis and index source, model structure and index system, as well as their reliability and applicability. Finally, we hope it can provide direction and suggestions for the development of post-occupancy evaluation tools for hospital buildings in the future.
