摘要
天然气压缩机组是页岩气田稳产增产的关键装备,如何更能适应页岩气田的复杂工况,成为了压缩机组设计的重点。设计依据国内外成撬标准,优化工艺流程,采用多种流量调节方式;主机选择GE A354,驱动机选择国内燃气发动机;机组所有零部件均安装在同一个底撬上,采用无固定连接基础。
Natural gas compressor unit is the key equipment for shale gas field to stabilize production and increase production.How to better adapt to the complex working conditions of shale gas field has become the focus of compressor unit design.The design is based on the domestic and foreign standards,optimize the process,and using a variety of flow regulation.The compressor chooses GE A354,and the driving chooses domestic gas engine.All parts of the unit are installed on the same base skid,using a non-fixed connection foundation.
