利用图像处理技术快速检测螺杆压缩机排气孔口

摘要 针对转子腔排气端座一体铸造的螺杆压缩机排气孔口,提出了一种简便的测量方法。该方法采用图像处理技术,对排气孔口照片进行数据处理。图像处理步骤包括梯形校正、提取定位曲线、布置排气孔口、孔口铸件验收,最终能够实现在图像中进行测量验收螺杆压缩机孔口的目的。5000万像素的相机理论上测量精度为0.071 mm,实际处理了200万像素的照片,验证精度约为0.75 mm,基本能够满足铸件测量的工业应用。该算法程序完成后,后续使用该程序进行测量,具有操作简单、节省时间、无需测量设备、可远程操作等优点。 In this paper,a simple measurement method is proposed for the screw compressor exhaust port,especially when the rotor casing and bearing seat are casted in one body.The method uses image processing technology to analyze the photograph of exhaust port.The image processing steps include trapezoidal correction,positioning curve extraction,exhaust port layout,and port casting acceptance.Finally,the purpose of measuring and accepting the screw compressor port casting through photograph is achieved.The theoretical measurement accuracy is 0.071 mm for a 50-megapixel camera,and the verification accuracy of this paper is about 0.75 mm with a 2 megapixel photograph.This method can basically meet the industrial application of casting measurement.After the algorithm program has been completed and subsequently used,this measurement method has the advantages of simple operation,time saving,no need for measuring equipment,allowing remote operation,etc.
