宏基因组二代测序在儿童感染性疾病中应用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 儿童因各系统发育不成熟、免疫力低下等因素,面临着更为严重的感染风险,因此确定感染类型,快速明确病原微生物,早期精准诊治尤为重要。随着高通量技术的发展,宏基因组二代测序技术直接对样本中的DNA或RNA进行高通量测序,能够快速、客观的一次性检测出样本中的多种病原微生物,为急危重症和疑难感染性疾病提供了诊断依据。该文对宏基因组二代测序在儿童感染性疾病中病原体检测应用的最新研究进展进行综述。 Children patients face a more serious risk of infection due to factors such as immature development of various systems and low immunity.Therefore, it is particularly important to determine the type of infection, quickly identify pathogenic microorganisms, and make early accurate diagnosis and treatment.With the development of high-throughput technologies, metagenomics next-generation sequencing technology which directly sequenceson DNA or RNA in samples can quickly and objectively detect a variety of pathogenic microorganisms in samples at one time, and provide diagnostic evidence for severe and difficult infectious diseases.The purpose of this paper is to review the latest research progress in the application of metagenomic next-generation sequencing in the detection of pathogens in children infectious diseases.
