摘要
苏里格气田采用井间串接,井口简易孔板流量计计量湿气,单井无液相计量,且气相计量误差较大,无法对柱塞气举井进行精确工况诊断及调参,影响排水采气精细化管理。为此,将涡街流量计与节流式流量计组合,研发了涡街节流式气液两相流量计,通过测量流体平均密度,实现了气液两相不分离在线连续计量。室内测试中,在模拟柱塞气举井出液工况下,气、液测量误差分别在4%和6%内。在苏里格气田柱塞气举井开展的现场试验中,采用分离计量装置与气液两相流量计串联测试其计量误差,该流量计气、液测量平均误差分别在5%和25%内;计量产液曲线能准确反应气井出液规律,可通过是否出现大液量段判断柱塞运行是否正常。研究结果可为气井工况诊断及生产制度优化提供依据。
Interwell connected wellhead orifice meter is adopted to measure wet gas in the Sulige gas field.There is no liquid measurement in single well,and the gas phase measurement error is large,so it is impossible to accurately diagnose the working conditions and adjust the parameters of the plunger gas lift well,which affects the fine management of drainage and gas recovery.Therefore,the vortex flow meter was combined with the throttling type flow meter to develop a vortex-throttling type gas-liquid flow meter.By means of measuring the average density of fluid,the on-line continuous measurement of gas-liquid two-phase nondisjunction was realized.In the laboratory,the air-water two-phase flow testing platform was used to test the flowmeter,under the working condition simulating the fluid production of plunger gas lift well,the gas and liquid measurement errors were within 4%and 6%respectively.In the field test,the separation metering device and the gas-liquid flow rate were used in series to test the measurement error,and the average errors of gas and liquid measurement of the flowmeter were within 5%and 25%respectively.The measured liquid production curve could accurately reflect the liquid production law of gas wells,and the normal operation of the plunger could be judged by whether there was a large liquid section.The study results provide effective basis for working condition diagnosis and production system optimization of gas wells.
