基于浮游和底栖生物多样性调查的浊漳河流域水生态环境分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于水生生物多样性评价河流生态系统状况是河流保护和管理中普遍使用的方法之一。为了解浊漳河流域水生生物现状,于2021年4月对长治市内的浊漳河流域进行了水生态调查。结果显示:调查区域共检出着生藻类52种,浮游植物67种,浮游动物47种,底栖动物52种;多样性分析结果表明,漳泽水库的多样性较好,后湾水库的生物多样性相对较差;浊漳河流域水质处于寡污-中污,总体来看,水库的富营养化水平要高于河流。 Evaluation of river ecosystem status based on aquatic biodiversity is one of the commonly used methods in river protection and management.In order to understand the current status of aquatic organisms in the Zhuozhang River Basin,we comducteda survey of water ecological in the Zhuozhang River Basin in Changzhi City in April 2021.The results showed that:52 species of algae,67 species of phytoplankton,47 species of zooplankton,and 52 species of benthic animals were detected in the survey area.The results of diversity analysis show that the diversity of Zhangze Reservoir is relatively good,while that of Houwan Reservoir is relatively poor;the water quality of the Zhuozhang River Basin is between low-pollution and moderate pollution.Overall,the eutrophication level of the reservoir is higher than that of the river.
