基于地质公园的地质遗迹保护现状、问题与对策

The present situation,problems and countermeasures of geological heritage protection based on the geopark

我国地质遗迹保护工作在探索中逐渐发展,地质公园是实现地质遗迹保护和推动区域经济发展的良好平台。从法律法规、地质公园建设、管理运营及社区发展4个方面详细分析了地质遗迹保护与地质公园的发展现状,并就相关问题进行了梳理总结。目前,我国地质遗迹保护的法规制度较为滞后,东西部地区遗迹保护工作差距较大,地质公园的管理运营机制有待完善,公众认知及社区发展的协调性有待提高。在此基础上进一步提出建议:完善遗迹保护立法与地质公园管理规章;建立地质遗迹数据库,统筹规划遗迹保护工作,推动西部地质公园建设;健全公园管理制度,因地制宜实施运营;提升社区参与度与公众认知度,实现人与自然和谐发展。

The geological heritage protection of China is gradually developing within exploration,and the geopark is a good platform for geological heritage protection and regional economic development.This article fully analyzes the development status of geological heritage protection and geoparks,including legislation,geopark construction,management operation and community development,and summarizes the related problems.Now the laws and regulations of geological heritage protection in China are still lagging behind.The gap of geological heritage protection between the eastern and western regions is large.The management and operation mechanism of geoparks need to be perfected.The coordination of public awareness and community development needs to be improved.Furthermore,it puts forward suggestions as follows:improving the heritage protection legislation and geopark management regulations,establishing geological heritage database and making overall plans for heritage protection to spur the construction of western geoparks,improving the management level of the geopark,adjusting the operation mode according to local conditions and enhancing community participation and public awareness to achieve the harmonious development.
